The Service provided SHOULD NOT be relied upon as a substitute for sound professional medical advice, evaluation or care from your physician or other qualified healthcare providers. WLTH holds no responsibility towards end-user, consumer or third party in any case.

• WLTH products are not intended to substitute varied diet or diagnose , treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, are on medication or are pregnant or nursing, please consult your physician before using our products.

• WLTH products are manufactured as per FSSAI guidelines with approved and safe herbal ingredients. In case of adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult your physician.

• However, nothing in these terms purports to limit liability or alter your rights as a consumer that arise as per the applicable laws, rules and regulations in force.

• The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law and should only be used for personal, non-commercial use. You may only download ma-terial from this site for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, publish, modify, copy, decompile or reverse engineer, or transmit material from this website. This includes any text, graphics, logos, photos, blog materials, videos, stills, product references, images, and descriptions or social media posts. Additionally, you are also strictly prohibited from creating works or materials based on or derived from the materials on this site. Upon terminating your viewing or use of these materials, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Limitations on Liability

• In no event shall WLTH or its subsidiaries, agents, directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any damages including, without limitation, consequential, special, incidental, direct, indirect, exemplary, or punitive damages or damages for loss of data or profit, breach of our online privacy policy, breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or due to business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WLTH’s website or WLTH’s use of information you provide, the products sold to you, or any other claim you may have, even if WLTH or any WLTH authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability giving rise to such claim whether negligence, contractual, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Additionally, you hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to this site beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of any act, event, condition, or omission on which such claim or action is based.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WLTH, its affiliates, employees, agents, directors, officers, and shareholders from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with your use of this website, your failure to use this site, your breach or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your breach or alleged breach of our Privacy Policy or your breach or alleged breach of the copyright, trademark, proprietary or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Products or Services

• The materials appearing on WLTH’s website could include, but not limited to, technical, typographical or photographic errors. WLTH does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. WLTH may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. WLTH does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

• Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website only. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

• WLTH and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, the WLTH does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WLTH itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

• We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited by law or otherwise.

• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Your Membership Account

• You may be required to register with the Site. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. WLTH and its associates also reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Buying Policy

• The products on this site are for individual use ONLY, and may not be resold or redistributed. WLTH reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time and for any reason, without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Cancellation Policy

• No cancellation is allowed after purchase, except where required by law or otherwise allowed herein. Once an order has been submitted, your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipped. Due to the automated order processes. we will not be able to stop any order after its submitted. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse, and orders will ship out once processed. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after the 1–3 business days of processing are completed.

• During sales or promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.

• Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.

• Orders placed after 10 p.m. IST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Billing and Account Information

• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

• When ordering, it is your responsibility to ensure that all information submitted to us is accurate. You may not be able to submit corrections after you place an order, and, if accepted, any corrections submitted after you place an order may significantly delay the shipping of your order. We reserve the right to limit the order quantity on any product, to extend the delivery timeline for any reason after the order has been placed and accepted, and/or refuse to ship the product to you for any reason.

• If you have any concerns or objections regarding charges, you agree to raise them with us first and you agree not to cancel or reject any credit card charges unless you have made a reasonable attempt at resolving the matter directly with us.

• We reserve the right to not process or cancel your order in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request or order is fraudulent, or in any other circumstances, we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion.

• We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. We will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

Customs

• WLTH is not responsible for paying fees or rates charged by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to pay customs fees and rates. If you refuse to accept your package at customs due to high customs fees, we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs. If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee to ship the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back at our warehouse, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge to send the package back to us (if you haven't paid it yet). WLTH is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at customs. If customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from customs, we can issue you a refund for the order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.

• In the event the package is not returned to us by customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.

• International orders/shipments may be subject to the possible opening of packages and inspection of goods by customs officials in the country of delivery. WLTH is not responsible for orders that are held up at customs, damaged by customs, or refused entrance by customs due to this process.

Prohibited Uses

• As a condition of your use of the WLTH Service, you will not use the WLTH Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree to comply with any other applicable terms and conditions of use set forth on the WLTH Service.
• You may not use the WLTH Service in any manner that, in our sole discretion, could damage, disable, overburden, impair or interfere with any other party’s use of the WLTH Service. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any information through any means not intentionally made available through the WLTH Service. In the event you gain access to information not intended to be accessed by you, you agree that you will immediately notify WLTH and destroy all copies of such information in your possession.
• We do not authorise any distributors, vendors , affiliates , strategic partners , person , company or organisation to use our trademarks , brand identity , logo , elements , data or product for any commercial or non-commercial activity without our written approval or consent.

You agree not to, and will not permit any person or entity to;

1. use, or allow the use of, the WLTH Service for any unfair or deceptive practices or in contravention of any federal, state, local, foreign or other applicable law or rules and regulations of regulatory or administrative organizations or bodies;

2. act in a fraudulent, tortious, malicious or negligent manner when using the WLTH Service;

3. obtain unauthorized access to any computer system through the WLTH Service;

4. circumvent, remove or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the WLTH Service, features that prevent copying or using any part of the WLTH Service or features that enforce limitations on the use of the WLTH Service or any Content;

5. introduce viruses, worms, trojans and/or harmful code to the WLTH Service; and

6. use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other automated devices, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape or index any portion of the WLTH Service or any Content.

In addition, you agree that you will not, and will not authorize or facilitate any attempt by another person or organization to use the WLTH Service to:

1. transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic, lewd, lascivious or otherwise objectionable, as determined by us;

2. use a name or language that we, in our sole discretion, deem offensive;

3. post defamatory statements;

4. post hateful or offensive Content or Content that disparages any ethnic, racial, sexual, gender, religious or other groups;

5. post Content that depicts or advocates the use of illegal drugs;

6. post Content that characterizes violence as acceptable, glamorous or desirable;

7. post Content that infringes another’s copyright, trademark or trade secret;

8. post unsolicited advertising or unlawfully promote products or services;

9. harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intentionally embarrass or cause distress to another person or entity;

10. promote, solicit or participate in any multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes;

12. engage in disruptive activity, such as sending multiple messages in an effort to monopolize a forum;

13. invade the privacy of any person, including without limitation posting personally identifying or otherwise private information about a person without their consent (or their parent’s consent in the case of a child under 18 years of age);

15. encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal or civil offence.

• The restrictions above are intended to be illustrative, and we reserve the right to consider other conduct to be prohibited.

• We reserve the right, without prior notice and in our sole discretion, to decide whether your use of the WLTH Service violates these Terms for any of the above reasons or for any other reason, and if we do so, we may terminate your access to the WLTH Service.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

• Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through our Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions of Use, Promotion rules shall apply.

Offer Codes

• From time to time, WLTH may offer promotional or offer codes that are redeemable towards a purchase of Products in the WLTH Service, subject to expiration dates, minimum purchase or-der, Product exclusions and any other restrictions as may be determined and communicated by WLTH in its sole discretion (“Offer Codes”). Only valid Offer Codes provided by WLTH will be honored by WLTH.

Each Offer Code offered by WLTH

A. is non-transferable,

B. is non-retroactive,

C. is valid for one single purchase on the WLTH Service and

D. cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

• Offer Codes cannot be used towards purchase of non-WLTH branded merchandise, taxes or shipping charges. WLTH is not responsible for any unauthorized use of Offer Codes.

• The monetary value of the Offer Code will not be refunded or credited back if the Product purchased using the Offer Code is returned.

• Offer Codes are void if copied, transferred, sold, exchanged or expired, and where prohibited.

• WLTH may engage spokespeople, influencers or other individuals or entities who have been compensated or incentivised to speak on behalf of our brand. If you receive an Offer Code from a third-party source, note that such individual may have been compensated by WLTH for his or her statements.

Site Content and User Content

For purposes of these Terms:

1. “Content” means text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, works of authorship of any kind, and information or other materials that are posted, generated, provided or otherwise made available through the Services or sites; and

2. “User Content” means any Content that Account Holders (including you) provide to be made available through the Services or sites. Content includes without limitation User Content.

• Any information submitted on the site is subject to the terms of which are incorporated herein and also terms of our Privacy Policy.

• The Company neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion or statement on the sites, nor for any offensive, defamatory or obscene posting made by any user. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions of Use and any contractual obligation between the Parties will be governed by the laws of India, and any specific local laws in force, without regard to principles of conflicts of law that would result in the application of the law of any other jurisdiction. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Website or these Terms and Conditions of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh. All disputes will be subject to arbitration at Chandigarh in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by WLTH under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
