Important Note on Shipping Delays: Due to COVID-19, our carriers have been experiencing shipping delays. Some orders may appear stuck in transit or not registered as they work their way through our carrier's systems. We are working hard with each carrier to ensure your orders reach you safely. - Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse and orders will ship out once processed. Therefore, delivery-time quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse after completing the 1–3 business days of processing.
- During sales or promotional periods, orders may take an additional 1–3 days to process.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. IST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.
How quickly will I receive my order?
It typically takes up to 1-3 business days to process your order. At checkout, you will be able to select your own shipping method from "Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days)" within INDIA. Please note all shipping options and times do not account for our processing time of 1-3 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, the product is available for INDIAN market only. On Request, we can ship our products to other countries but packing and shipping charges would be calculated on location and country basis. Shipping outside India will be only done to the locations where reputed courier services are present.
How can I get free shipping?
Currently, as a part of our launch offer, we are providing free shipping pan India on all orders. The free shipping option will be automatically selected for you at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For domestic & international payments in India, we accept Visa and Mastercard (including Maestro) as well as American Express (Amex), 50 + Netbanking, 9 + Payment wallets and Pan India COD.
What do I do if my order is incorrect?
We regret the inconvenience! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the correct order right away.
My package never made it, do I receive a refund?
A claim will have to be submitted in written via email to us at email@example.com, before receiving a refund. Depending on the circumstance of the missing or stolen package, we can provide full or partial refund. If your claim is satisfactory, then we will resend the order.
- No cancellation is allowed after purchase, except where required by law or otherwise allowed herein. Once an order has been submitted, your credit/debit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipped. We will be unable to cancel an order after it has been submitted. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY.
- CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
- Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. If you need to change your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “Change My Order” and your Order Number in the subject line along with a clear description of what needs to be changed and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Return and Refund policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return condition at our sole discretion. Returns due to delay in delivery will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We won't be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will reflect in your statement within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to reflect back in your account.
I put the incorrect address, what do I do?
Reach out to us on email@example.com and we'll correct the address if it has not left our warehouse.
The tracking on my package says that my order has arrived, but I don’t see it?
If the tracking links states that your order has arrived, but you haven't received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
- Check the shipping address to confirm it is correct
- Check with a neighbour to see if they have it waiting for you!
- Wait 1-2 days, as the package could be scanned that it has arrived, but actually hasn't yet. If it still doesn't reach you, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
I did not receive my discount code and the one I have isn't working.
- Discount codes are limited to one per order. All discount codes are one per order. Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the applicable discount code right away.

Package tracking numbers are available via your shipping confirmation email. Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before calling customer service to check on your order tracking, as the tracking information may not be available from our shippers before that time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit due to inaccurate or incomplete customer shipping information. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We make sure to package our products well to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare circumstance that they become damaged during the shipping process, we ask that you notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com. We cannot provide replacement of packaging, however, if the product is damaged, we can replace it free of cost.
